Return & Refund Policy (Clutch & Handbag Products)

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Returns will not be accepted if the product shows signs of use, damage, or alteration.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products purchased during clearance sales or special promotions.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, report it within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos and order details when contacting support.

4. Return Process

  • Include your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  • Once approved, instructions for return pickup or shipping will be shared.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.

6. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping may be free for defective or incorrect items.
  • For other returns, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the return policy will apply.

9. Important Notes
